What do I pack? I have surfed the net and looked at the weather and it is raining.
My newly aquainted NZ friend has advised me to plan my wardrobe in layers as the weather is very fickle in NZ especially the Southalnd.
Our first leg is the South Island. Heading off to Franz Josef. I have just checked the 7 day forcast for the west coast and the climate is going to be between 8 to 20 deg celsius.
I checked out the Southland newspaper online and the other day they had soaring temperatures of 27 deg. Soaring temperature!!!!!! Forget the summer gear kiddo!!
I had better pack the hat, scarf, gloves and a warm jacket. Musn't forget the warm socks either.
